​How Do I Place An Order?

At this time, I am only selling my items through Etsy on Etsy.com under BurlapandShineFinds or www.etsy.com/shop/BurlapandShineFinds.

If you see something you may want to purchase and it is not listed under my Etsy inventory, please email me at BurlapandShine@aol.com and let me know which item you are interested in and I will list it for you so you can purchase.

Payments

Payment will be made upon purchase.  We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover or even PayPal.  All payment methods require a U.S. billing address.

Please note:  Due to a New Jersey law, purchases made in New Jersey are subject to a sales tax of 6.625% which

will be automatically added to your bill at the time of checkout.

Shipping

​

All items are shipped out USPS Mail within 1-3 days from order date.  At this time we only ship in the United States. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to total cost if needed.

Refunds and Exchanges

​

Although we hope you love your purchase, we want each customer to be 100% satisfied and are therefore

willing to allow returns if they are reported to us within 15 days of the order shipped to you.

You the customer, must arrange and pay for returns.  A refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, will be made

once the return is in our hands and has been inspected.
